Together With Youth: Strengthening Youth Workers to Reach Out to Young Migrants and Refugees is an Erasmus+ project aimed at equipping 28 youth workers with the skills and knowledge to support the inclusion of young migrants and refugees. Coordinated by The Grunn Connection (NL) with partners from seven countries, the project focuses on understanding challenges faced by migrants, exchanging best practices, and developing innovative youth work strategies. Activities include workshops on migration-related concepts, non-formal education methods, and networking opportunities to foster collaboration.
The project targets youth workers aged 22–55, including individuals with migrant backgrounds, ensuring gender and experience balance among participants. It aims to improve youth workers’ competencies in conducting needs assessments, designing inclusion-focused activities, and leveraging Erasmus+ programs for impactful initiatives.
With dissemination activities expected to reach 2,000 people, the project seeks to enhance the quality of youth services, increase visibility of Erasmus+ programs, and promote inclusive practices at national, European, and international levels.
