The Better Digital Skills, The Better Youth Work is a collaborative Erasmus+ training course aimed at enhancing youth workers’ digital skills and ecological awareness to improve youth work practices across Europe. Coordinated by Stichting Drawing to Health (NL) with partners from eight countries, the project targets 36 youth workers, focusing on integrating digital tools like video production, digital storytelling, and online evaluation into youth work, particularly for disadvantaged groups. It also emphasizes environmental sustainability and fostering intercultural dialogue. The project aims to improve teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking among youth workers, encourage eco-friendly practices, and strengthen Erasmus+ participation. With a dissemination strategy expected to reach 2,500 people, the initiative aspires to increase the visibility and impact of youth organizations while promoting innovative and inclusive youth work methods.
