The project United Voices of Choir (2022-1-FR02-KA152-YOU-000066805), coordinated by Association Scientifique ALİM (FR), aimed to address the challenges faced by immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees, particularly in terms of exclusion and marginalization in the EU. The project used choral music to foster cultural dialogue and raise awareness about integration issues.

Objectives included:

• Improving participants’ knowledge of immigration, asylum, integration, and human rights.
• Addressing prejudice, stereotyping, and the isolation of marginalized groups.
• Sharing good practices and exploring immigration-related issues in different countries.
• Enhancing participants’ skills in using music for intercultural dialogue and boosting employability in the European job market.
• Promoting active participation in society and encouraging future involvement in Erasmus+ and Youth Exchange projects.

Activities involved 30 young participants, including 15 migrants, engaging in non-formal music activities, learning about migration issues, and performing in a choir.

Expected impact:

• Raising awareness of exclusion and marginalization across Europe.
• Promoting cultural rapprochement and inclusion through choral music.
• Expanding the reach of Erasmus+ opportunities.
• Strengthening the inclusiveness of European societies through music.
• Building networks between NGOs and institutions focused on immigrant integration.
