- Enhancing digital skills and creativity to create social media campaigns to address food waste.
- Promoting collaboration through Erasmus+ and future participation in similar projects.
The participants, including disadvantaged groups such as immigrants and LGBTQ+ individuals, engaged in workshops on topics like portion control, zero-waste cooking, food preservation, and food donation. They also developed social media campaigns to raise awareness about food waste.
Impact:
- Increased awareness about responsible food consumption and preservation at local, national, and European levels.
- Promotion of food donations, separation of food waste, and a reduction in food waste.
- Development of a toolkit with project results for dissemination through various platforms.
The project aims to inspire long-term action against food waste across Europe and beyond, promoting sustainability and encouraging youth participation in Erasmus+ and other initiatives.
